Character Bios

Boris is the brawn of the titular pair of brothers.  He stands at a lofty 6'3" and weighs around 220 lbs. His preferred method of combat is a straightforward assault with his long sword, Schadelbrecher. He is also proficient with hatchets and hand-to-hand combat. Boris reportedly loves fighting, drinking, and women above all else, but he will put all of that aside to help a friend or family member. He lives for adventure and excitement, but rarely takes the dire situations he finds himself in seriously. Occasionally, to add challenge to a duel he will use his right hand instead of his dominant left.

Spoiler for Chapter 3-Onward: Boris has been infected by a werewolf and now possesses the abilities and weaknesses of an above average lycanthrope.

Björn is the younger of the two monster hunting brothers, but he thinks of himself as the pair's leader. Björn is 5'9" and weighs around 160 lbs. He has a knack for strategy and tactics, but is also a capable fighter with a number of weapon types including, but not limited to, pole arms, daggers, throwing knives, long bows, crossbows, swords, shields, and maces. Björn would much rather lounge about reading the latest informational tome than go gallivanting around fighting monsters, but a sense of duty leads him repeatedly into the fray.

Sasha runs and owns the Silver Hydra Inn. Sasha is 5'2" and weighs around 120 pounds. She is one of Boris and Bjorn's closest friends but also their landlord. As a single woman running a bar on the outskirts of a town that is itself centered in the middle of a monster infested wood, Sasha is outwardly gruff and aggressive. She is not afraid to bust out a crossbow to defend what is hers. With people she is close to however, Sasha is kindhearted and loyal. Just be sure to pay your rent on time.

As the driving force in most of the unfortunate events occuring recently in Boris and Bjorn's lives, Wesel is always looking for opportunities to test/torture the boys. His weight and height are variable. He is a djinn with a mastery of high level illusion magic, centuries of knowledge, and a sadistic sense of humor. Wesel's objectives are unknown, but one thing is certain--he's kind of an asshole.
